Out Of School Club

Chulmleigh Out of School Club provides a safe and fun environment for children aged 2 - 11 years providing before and after-school care and activities. The club is open to children on a regular or occasional basis and operates before school from 8-9am and after school from 3.30-6pm.

How to Book and Pay for Sessions

All bookings and payments should be made through the MyEd app for school-aged children registered with the Out Of School Club. Bookings for nursery children are made via their Nursery Contract or requests for additional hours may be made via the School Office.

Bookings will be on a first come, first served basis and close midnight before the session.  There is a maximum number per session, and once a session is fully booked we reserve the right to turn down any further bookings.

You will be able to make bookings 4 weeks in advance.  There will be no charge for any cancellations made before midnight before the session.

Payments are to be made at the time of booking your sessions.  If you pay for sessions using Tax Free Childcare or a Voucher scheme, you make payments to your OOSC account on MyEd. You can either keep the account in credit or you are expected to pay charges in a timely manner. You will receive regular reminders if the account is due.

To make bookings via the MyEd App:  Students (select child) > Payments > Accounts > Out Of School Club > select all dates required from the calendar and Pay Now to check out.

Important: the booking system is open until midnight the night before for bookings and cancellations– should you need to make a last-minute booking, please contact Chulmleigh Primary School on 01769 580535 – you will then be informed if there are any spaces available.

Registering your Child for the Chulmleigh Out of School Club

Please register to use the Out of School Club by first paying the one-time registration fee of £10.00 per family, and completing the form below:

To pay via the MyEd App: Students (select child) > Payments > Shop > Out of School Club Registration Fee. 

Once the form and payment are complete, bookings will be enabled within your Payment area and you will receive a confirmation email.

Emergency Contact Details: Please be aware that all contact information you provide to the School, will be used by staff if required. Therefore, it is imperative that you keep this up to date with your School Office and inform them of any changes to your child’s emergency contact details.
